Contents Design
- Initially it was considered that the design for the contents page could follow the loose placement of elements within the grid system that is seen in the rest of the design. However because of the length of each topic with the different exercise this looked disjointed especially when other section e.g. 'How to use' only had a title.
- Instead placing all the elements within the content in a column like structure within the grid made the design easier to follow and looked more coherent in a similar way to a workbook contents.
- To allow the user to match the discovery pages they have used with the different exercises it was considered that having a page list would allow the user to easily understand which content links with what and how to navigate to these easily. Adding square boxes allows for the different page numbers to be added whilst also playing on the square used in the branding.
